I payed with my pay-pal account could anyone tell me if I can get my cash back, and what the procedure is, How much of a refund will I get how long will it take etc etc. Thank you kindly.

The seller has sent me an email to say he has posted the item out. So I am assuming it has been "lost in the post"

first i would contact seller to ask for a refund or replacement if that dont work file an item not recieved with pay pal

If you paid by Paypal, sign into that site and file a dispute. Give it a couple of days and then elevate to a claim.
It'll take about a month but you'll get your total cost, including shipping, returned to you. That's why its a good reason to always pay via Paypal. There's some bad sellers around (and some wonderful ones like me ; )

Contact the seller and if you are not happy ..get in touch with the web site you made the purchase on if it is not resolved .pay pal will refund the money
