no it wouldn't be hard to replace my job, because i have did just that in June 25, 07. i quite my job this year due to a high risk pregnancy and i don't regret that at all. i have worked at my job for over 12 years and it's time for a change i am a house wife and mother and i love it i wouldn't change it for nothing in the entire world. i have thought about starting my own business in baking cakes and pies or just open a restaurant my husband wants me to follow my dream that's why i love him so much.

No, I have quit a job and they replaced me someone else the next working day. I'm sure that I do have a special talent. I just need to find it.

No one is indispensable, in any job if you left now a replacement would soon be found, some people are under the illusion if they left the business would collapse, they are refered to as big heads.

Not at all. Everybody is replaceable. There is always someone waiting in line that is probably even better than you. So, work hard!

Great question!
Yes I hope I would be hard to replace as I love my job.
I'm always willing to help, use my own initiative and have great organisational and IT skills.
Okay that's enough bigging up of myself for the day!
Thanks to you I feel pretty good

Probably not. Employees are a dime a dozen, especially with the unemployment rate being so high. It's the good ones that are hard to find.

yep, not being self important but it would take months and months to train someone up, or pay shed loads for several employees. they might find out next year.
Last time I told my boss I want more money or i'm off he said he cant afford it, I left and he had to employ three people to do my job! another £20 a week would have been enough.

I did quit my job 4 months ago and after a month of leaving they keep calling me back.
The area manager keeps calling and asking me to come back with a raise.
A little to late, I feel.
