Yes they played very well. I am a huge Celtics fan & thought we were going to win that game. This is going to bring back the old Celtics Pistons rivarly from the 80's which is great for basketball. The C's need players other than the big 3 to step it up when they play teams like the Pistons. Detroit's Defense in the second half was very impressive.
And as for the very end of the game it was Ray Allen & Eddie House's quick 3 point bombs that gave us an oppurtnity to win. I am worried about this team in the East when the playoffs start. Billups is so impressive & we don't matchup to him that well.

Yes they deserved to win they played great and they played smart. On the other hand had Pierce made that shot towards the end the Celtics would have deserved to win. Both teams played extremely hard and renewed a great old rivalry. I'm Pistons fan but I gained alot of respect for the Celtics last night. I believe these will be the two teams in the ECF.

If a team can beat the Celtics in Boston this year they deserve to win. This was the Celtics first loss at home and the Pistons kept themselves in the game long enough to win it in the last few seconds of the game. All the credit should go to the Pistons.

Pretty big win for the Chicago Bulls, bad lost for the Detroit Pistons. The Pistons looked pretty decent out there without Richard Hamilton, Allen Iverson, and Rasheed Wallace.

Cry me a river Celtic fans.....coming from behind to take the lead in second half, yes the Pistons deserved the win. And there was equal amount of foul call four each team...so the last call show's how Billups is a true veteran player. What a fake, smart move on Billups part.

That's the joy about sports. It's a chess match. Flip found a way to get the game turned around. Both teams deserved to win that game. They gave us a great game to watch. How about you ask the question should Allen been in the game at the end. No, he had played limited minutes. Where should the finger be pointed? Doc Rivers.

Not only did we deserve to win that game last night, we earned that win. Don't be upset because your guys couldn't get the "W" with all the opportunities they had. Detroit is the team to beat and everyone else is a wannabe.

No. But a win is a win. And they beat the Celts fair and square. A silly late foul can be the scapegoat but the simple fact is that the Celts shouldn't have let that situation happen. They are still getting used to playing together. I doubt it'll happen again. I still think the Celts are a better team, but the Pistons did beat them, so you have to take your hat off to them.

Lol, yes. Rivers screwed up with the sub on the last play.
and bostons point guard got cocky, till Billups took him down on the block in the fourth and showed him what a veteran point guard looks like. Boston can keep the tv adds and the posters, it will help keep the fan company this June when Detroit is still playing
