I don't know if you can or not, but certainly let your attorney hear it. Or whomever will handle your case. If you handle your own case, I seriously doubt you will ever be able to use the audio. good luck, though, I do hope you get through this ok.

Sorry to hear that! Yes you can use it in court and the evidence you have speaks for it's self why you want a divorce! Sorry again to hear this and Good Luck! where have all the good women gone? I mean I was just answering an question this guy had about women and sex. It is so disgusting that women have lost their self respect and morals. I read that this woman was charged for sitting on Santa's lap at a mall and she touched him in a disrespectful manner. Then last week this woman was charged for masturbating in public at some sporting event!! Man the world is going under! Am I the last "Old Fashion" woman left on this planet??? Been married for over 20yrs. Still have dinner on the table for hubby when he gets home from work! Call me a door mat if you like, to me I do it cause I love him deeply, not because I have to do it! As far as cheating, all I can say is it would kill me to ever hurt him like that! In bed with another man or phone sex, no matter how you spell it out, it's still cheating and she has NO respect for you if she can do this! Good Luck!

There are expectation of privacy laws that you will need to discuss with your attorney. Do not delete the call record. Also, write down a transcript of what you overheard in case the tape itself is not admissable.
Sorry your wife is doing you like that. Hope you get a badass lawyer.

Court?
Gee, why not join then and see if they can get one of your daughter's friends on the phone for you?
The woman is obviously lacking any judgement what-so-ever.
Take the tape to a lawyer as fast as you can and get proper legal advice!

Depends on what state you are in. In Kentucky, since it is a Commonwealth state, I have recently learned you can record anyone anywhere without permission. Good luck with that; anyone who does things like that with their kid in the same bed, has issues I think!

I think its privacy invasion because I know it is illegal to record someone without government involvment or their consent. Ask your lawyer
