yep I cant make anymore
they are blocking your IP from making any new ones, it will lift in a few days or you might need to have someone else activate it

That normally means they have blocked your account from doing something, and trying again is pointless.
If you are getting it when setting up an account they must have blocked your IP

Error 999 means, there is no connection between your PC and Yahoo Server.
try it again please..

I got it a few times...but then I tried from a different computer and ogt on with no problem.
