Do you mean bonuses and incentives, they do not have to but sometimes they do. Reason is they have a closer work relationship with their employees. But I have never heard of 13th month pay.

I don't really understand what you're asking, but I work for a small company with less than 10 employees and I've never heard of this before.

Are you asking about the law? If so, what country or state are you in?

I'm not familiar with "13th month pay" and I'm a businessman and MBA in the USA.
