I have just answered a question on offensive avatars, and when reading some of the other answers I realised just what other contributors find offensive, so my question is, do you find
my avatar offensive - I will change it if the najority do. The link to the question I am talking about is:

You've all been very kind x
Some of you asked if this was me, I thought the avatar represented you, not necessarily was you. I am now well over 40 (actually over 50) so this represents me before gravity took over lol x. thanks for your comments.

Not at all offensive - it's 'artistic'.

I prefer that couples be a little restrained in their affection in public. Holding hands and a quick kiss is fine. I admit that my preference is selfish. I am bisexual and I don't feel comfortable doing anything more with a man in public than I do if I'm with a woman. I also like to avoid doing things that I would find disgusting if my grandparents did in public. I just think the same rules should apply for everyone and not that you can make out all you want if you look like Barbie and Ken and other people can't.

No YOUR avatar's not offensive but yes there should be some control over avatars and even if there isn't any on YA I'd report it if I thought it was.
The person who owns them must know what they are doing and are probably deliberately doing it to cause upset.

It's not offensive, just explicit... I like to think of it as artistic...
Well of course I'm sure most of us do, unless if you asked people from 40 years ago... ^_^
So, be happy with that avatar, I could see that many find it quite nice, and just ignore what others think, as long as you don't harm anyone...

Hun, I dont find it offensive....just a CCC says I think its artistic....different people find different things offensive, as long as you dont deliberatly set out to offend then personnally I see no issue. We could all try to be more accomadating to each other my be life would be that little bit better for us all hun x

it's not offensive at all. I think it's quite a beautiful piece of art.
Don't change it just because a bunch of stuck up idiots want you to.

Not offensive at all, but would be better if the arms weren't in the way.

It's not offensive. Who would it be offensive to? Prudes probably. It's not like it's a porn pic is it? Pay no attention to them all.
