Everyone is saying Jamie Lynn's boyfriend is going ot jail etc. but what if she tells the judge he just like masturbated on a tissue and she wiped herself with it or something, couldn't you get pregnant like that? Just cause she's pregnant doesn't PROVE he had sex with her does it?

Yes, you can get pregnant without penetration. I know a girl this happened to. Sperm just has to get on the vaginal canal.

sex is the onl way other then invitro fertilization.i dont think tissue would work.and jamies bf should have known better but i dont think anything will happen because jamie and him have known each other for along time and i dont think jamies moms going to send him to jail i think thats stupid anyways theres only a 2 year difference and they both had just as much part of this way should the boy be the only one persecuted.

I hope this is a wind up and that you don't actually believe you can get pregnant from wiping yourself with a tissue or sitting on a toilet seat or something... You need to have sex to get pregnant - unless you are undergoing IVF or DYI insemination but I think we can safely rule that out in this case...

Uh....well if the only guy she slept with was her boyfriend for the past 3 months or so, that means his bf is the father of her baby. but if not, well she'll have to wait till the baby's born to have a dna test. As for your first question, No there are other ways like virtro fertilization and so on.

No, sex is no longer the only way. There is artificial insemination, via doctor or turkey baster. I doubt that a jury would believe that she used those methods to become pregnant because you would have to want to become pregnant using those methods and she sure didn't want to be with child.

Wouldn't the rather torturous procedure you have described most likely amount to a criminal sexual contact with a minor.

But come on. You know as well as I do that never happened.

Who cares...I don't know who this Jamie person is but unless she's concerned about her pregnancy or you're the father why is it on this board??

Well, duh, it proves she had sex with *someone*. The tissue story is just....laughable. Sorry. PLEASE go take some sex-ed classes, or get your mom or another adult woman to have "the talk" with you. It never ceases to amaze me how many girls and young women are clueless about their bodies and how they work.

100% proof, no?

she could have had sex with someone else.

or she could have taken the sperm and put it insider her...but just on the outside is not enough...

No, it's not necessary to have sexual intercourse in order to get pregnant. Have you ever heard of artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization?
