If you could go back to when you were 17 or thereabouts, Would you still choose who you are with now?
I don't reckon any of you would. In fact I don't think that many of you would settle down into a relationship for a long time and even then you would'nt pick the same one.

No I wouldn't have married either of my two husbands. It's true you can't put an old head on young shoulders because I really should have gone for a meeting of minds instead of meeting of bodies!! Same ideas, same wants etc are more lasting than anything else, and I really am beginning to believe that arranged marriages could be the idea (NOT forced marriages). People around you do know you better than you know yourself when you are young, and by the time you know yourself well enough its too late. This sounds quite bitter and I really didn't mean it to, I just know I would have saved myself and two husbands a lot of misery had I known myself better.

I've been with my guy for almost an year now.I don't know if we'll get married.It's not my priority right now,I'm too young and I don't wanna settle down.Maybe later...At the moment I'm very happy with him....Who knows,he might be the one...or not..Only time will tell...All I can say is that I do not regret anything...I've been in many non-serious relationships(you get my drift) because I was afraid of showing my true feelings or getting involved too much...because I did not want to be hurt...but now I'm giving it a try...I hope it will last cause he's a great guy...If it will end,then that's that!Life goes on and I'll find sb else.

If I could go back, I do not believe I would be settling down with the same person. Back then I was naive, thinking that I needed to settle. I figured SOMEONE was better than NO ONE. My mom tried to make me see this, but I insisted that I was making the right decision. Now I see that I was worth more, and my happiness was up to me. Now it's too late.

No. When I was around 17 years old, I wasn't even interested in guys, and was very immature for my age. I am so glad I waited cause the guy I finally settled down with is a real nice guy and hard working.

Out of all the guys I dated, I would still chose the one I have now to marry.
Having said that, if I had to do it all over again, I think I wouldn't get married at all. I would focus solely on me. I know this sounds selfish, but I'm curious how my life would be different if I stood on my own 2 feet.

I believe all things happen for a reason and if i had not met my previous boyfriends and (at the time) believed I'd made a huge mistake in picking one guy over another then i would not now be with who i believe is the man for me!! If i had met my fella at 17 I'd have walked straight passed him but he came to me and i to him at the right time in our lives, and been happily together for nearly 5 years! Fate is real but i also believe in making choices to direct your life for the better!

Sorry to disappoint you but I would still have picked my hubby at 17, I have been in love with him for 27 years, we've been happily married for 24 years and renewed our wedding vows in June this year on a beautiful beach in Australia, my hubby is my soulmate, we are meant to be forever.

i got with my ex when i was 14, together for 8 years, when we broke up i met my husband and was married wthin 10 months, been married 2 years now, nothing like my ex and i would never go back, then again, being with my ex helped to shape who i am today so alls well that ends well i suppose.

Ive only been with my boyfriend for a year and two months but i can honestly say yes i would still pick him as a life partner, i plan to spend the rest of my life with him and the thought of that makes me smile :) not all women regret their choices, its strange that you would stereotype us like that.

my man is perfect. The only thing i would have changed is that i might have had a bit more fun before i settled with him, but i made the right decission to marry him.
