I would uninstall Norton. It takes up to much of your computers resources and slows everything down. It does not detect everything and tends to block a lot of your sites that you use including email. I use AVG antivirus, and Adaware for everything else. These are both free programmes and AVG updates itself everyday, Adaware updates about every 15 days. This is something that Norton does not do. They also do not slow everything down. I have used both of these programmes for a long time and they have never given me any problems. If you Google them you can find out where to get them from as I can't remember the web addresses. Hope this helps you. Merry Christmas to you.lol

Simple answer is uninstall Norton and download a free program like AVG or avast. Both of these are excellent and don't slow down your computer or take up as much space on your hard disk as Norton. Good luck.

Disable the firewall to start and then try. It sounds like it is blocking the port to access these sites .

well I have 360 and havent had any troubles with hotmail or anything else. you may be missing a trick good luck

Delete it and consider the free AVG
