To be honest it's not so much the clothes, it's the smile that you have on your face and how good your hair looks.
Yes if a bloke is into your look, then make sure you are looking sexy but warm at the same time as there isn't many blokes that are going to give you his jacket.

Just kidding. I personally like girls to have that look of elegance. In that case, a lot of different looks are elegant - it depends on the girl, her figure, personality, etc.
Oh, and I love it when girls put their hair up. Looks great.
