Nope!

Wear tampons/pad.

Oh, and I DO NOT recommend the depo shot (former depo user). TOO many women suffer very horrid side affects and health risks because of it, just google "depo provera lawsuit" and check out its reviews at http://www.rateitall.com

yes
i am on the mini pill because my periods used to make me so ill and physically sick whenever i was on.
but from taking the mini pill it has completely stopped my periods for as long as i take it
but this only happens for some people, by taking the mini pill it has different effects and can stop a period completely like mine, or it can make your periods less frequent and lighter.. the mini pill also takes away all of the pain so you can have an easy pain free life

there is also the option of the pill, but this does not stop your periods
what it does is that you take the pill for 3 weeks and then stop for a week which is when you will then have your period and then take it for another 3 weeks and carry on this cycle
so you know exactly when your period is
but if you have migranes like i do then it is best to stick with the mini pill

i hope this is some help to you from my experience

yes there is a way, it is called the DEPO shot, it is a form of birth control, you shouldnt want to NOT have your period. its the way you body get rid of old materials (the lining of your uterus shedding) but there is also certain birth controls that allow you to only get your period every 3 months, so only 4 times a year and thats a safe way to do it

You can take a contraceptive pill, continuously, without the generally observed break for your period. Visit your doctor or a women's health clinic to discuss your options if you feel it to be necessary.
