I'm so sappy,I'm tearing up here...geez....My best friend turned her back on me about 20+ yrs. ago,so now its rare to see each other at all anymore..We had been best friends since we were 7 yrs. old,(51 now)went thru life beside each other,now its only memories...I get sentimental around Holidays & her Birthday but keep it in perspective,as I have dealt with the loss and moved on..=)

Yes, I still consider her my best and closest friend. We don't see each other often but I know I could call her up when I need her and she'll be here pronto and the same goes for me.

Yes! We lost touch for a few years, but when we found eachother we just took back up right where we started.

Yes, I am....Believe it or not but my childhood friendd is in my class and u wont believe it but we have been friends since 8 years....I just love her like a sister..I really could not hav imagined childhood without her...Really she is really really nice...We hav had fights many times but they end in a min due to her sweetness!!!!!!

we keep in touch and have each other's mobile numbers but we're not as best of buddies as we used to be. . . .
probably because we go 2 diff. high schools and neva c each other. . . .
I have a new bestie now anyways, but i do keep in touch with SOME of my old buds, others have just turned into cows!

Met my best friend when I was 12 months old. I am now 54 and we are still best friends.

Well, I'm still young, but she was my best friend EVER and I knew her for...umm...I don't know for sure, but I guess some nine years..?
She moved to Singapore, and now- although we're still in touch, and she does visit- we're hardly as close as we used to be. I missed her, and she missed me (I guess), but life goes on...
