That someone is watching your every move?

Funny you ask because psychologists ask this question all the time to get an analysis of ones state of mind. Some people call it paranoia. People with severe depression get this feeling because of the state of mind can be in, I believe its like a subconscious change in thought.
Some say its energy, but I can't explain this well enough so I'm not even going to start.

yes. alot of times when im home alone on the computor. there are 2 windows in this room and only 1 has blinds. i always feel that someone is watching me through the one blindless window. i get really scared sometimes but i came to relize that it could just be somone watching over me :]

Besides, watching but not interacting is only partly connecting. The other part has to be the other person wanting to be wanted.

I get this feeling somebody's watching me. Who's playin' tricks on me?
I mean...yeah, I do. I generally blame either paranoia, or my dead Uncle.
If I do get an unpleasant feeling, though, I just yell "Get the **** out of my room" or something similar, and I start to feel a lot better. I figure that whatever is out there knows when it's trespassing, you just gotta call it on it.

Like THE OTHER RESPONDENTS, YES....and we need to feel that so we always keep ourselves careful, not tempted to do wrong....my most prayed ...Let Thy sacred angels be on charged to guide me and protect me...aside from the watchful eyes of my Good Living God....I trust....I feel always not alone.
