Yes, I did know that, and I also know that free food eaten at parties have NO calories.

i can never take that chance. I'm always in the gym the days between Christmas and New Year....just to make sure those pesky calories are well and truly worked away!!!!

Well, I am on a good start at being healthier by losing weight and I just won't let the holiday season ruin it. I just lost 10 and I don't want them back...One can still enjoy the holiday without being a glutten. Can't they?
