How would you decorate a Christmas tree_any Ideas?

I have certain themes I like and try to change it every year...This year our main tree is Patriotic,red,white & blue (USA colors)and I have made an ornament for every state here in the US..Its pretty cool...
Past trees = Hawaiian or tropical style, one color themes, animal related, sport related, music related.....etc...
