I can do better than that...a NINE letter word with ONE vowel.......STRENGTHS
but if you insist on a 7 letter word, my contribution is SHRILLS.
Just a later thought..."Y" is a vowel when it's the heart of a syllable..like "rhythm." Otherwise, it is a consonant!

You made me SCRATCH my head on that one. It's quite a STRETCH to come up with one.

Are there any STRINGS of seven letters with only one vowel that form a word? This is the kind of question I can ponder on my FLIGHTS home next month.

each and every observe in da english language has the two vowels or semi-vowels ......... there r no words without da utilization of them ...bt if u locate vast apple observe dats 7 letter long and not using a vowel then plzz do tell me !!!! n rhythm is nt da ryt answer as ' y ' is da semi-vowel used in dat observe!!!
