This happened last night. I washed my hands with soap and water right away, and took a long shower when I got home.

However, my hands still stink like mold. How do I get the smell off my hands.

If I still smell the mold (or mildew) does that mean it is still on me?

What is the difference between mold and mildew.

Am I going to die?

There isn't much difference between mold and mildew- in fact, mildew would be caused by specific kinds of mold.

You're not going to die- Relax!

Try washing again, and use vinegar to rinse with: Vinegar's great for removing smells.

GOJO Orange hand cleaner works good for removing smells from hands. Don't worry, most of the current panic over mold is just a bunch of bs.

Go with the Vinegar, and no you won't die, at least not yet we hope. Certainly the inhalation of mold spores can cause respiritory distress.

A solution of Bleach/water...Ammonia/water, will work as well.

You should probably wash the clothing you were in asap too.
