Depends on what part of their body is visible and what looks enticing.
I am a legs and butt man from way back to when I first started to notice the opposite sex. But I also like the lips and eyes too.

No way!!! Never their shoes!
...SOCKS come before anything else! True, I may have to ask them to remove their shoes so I can see their foot-underwear (aka socks), but I just keep my eyes squinched shut 'til they get to the good stuff!
And I really hope you could tell that wasn't a serious answer. lol
P.S. I apologize to anyone who may actually have a sock fetish... Yucky!

if were talking about a guy i check out there eyes cause i like it when they have a strong look and there smile i love seeing a guy smile lol and when it comes to girls i check out everything from face to boobs to butt and legs and mostly feet just cause i notice a beauty when i see one
