It reminds a lot, especially in that "witch hunting" part.
The ones who claim that it's "international court for war crimes", probably are not aware that some are inquisitors and some are witches. According to new world order.
" Human Rights First is extremely concerned at the damage being done to the credibility of the fledgling International Criminal Court (ICC) by efforts of the U.S. Administration to gain exemptions from the ICC by its own nationals".
Human rights of witches and human rights of inquisitors are substantially different.
So pray to God that you are among inquisitors, the ones who choose who witches are.

Basically, the winners created that court. It has served them to wash their own bloody hands over the bodies of 130,000 people. The Hague Court has several flaws for which it can be called political.

a) The key actor in the Yugoslav Civil War; USA is immune to prosecution, being perhaps the most responsible for the escalation of the war, specially starting with the events in Bosnia.

b) The complete Serb political body has been sent to Hague, while the Muslims and Croats have been sent much later, in lesser numbers and less important political figures, while their roles in the war have not been lesser than the Serb roles.

c) Milosevic had not been given a fair chance to defend himself. He had not been treated properly, which caused his death. Many Serbs have died during their stay in Hague.

There are other flaws to the Hague Court. I have mentioned the most popular.

In a way it is. Simply because issues debated there are examined by politically appointed judges and lawyers. None of them have any personal experience of the problems they are suposed to be "expert" on. SO people are judged on the basis of theoretical laws and carefully edited "evidence" with a pre-determined finale.

no, they are trailing people for war crimes. how can that be a bad thing? in war as in peace there are certain barriers that must not be crossed and those that do should be punished.
