Hey i was thinking of breeding guppies i got a 10g tank with no fish in there but I am going to get some guppies soon how many can i put in there to breed them would 1 male and 2 females do

If you're just breeding them for fun that will work. There's really no money in it unless you can breed specific types and have a ready market for them. Make sure your tank is well planted with lots of hiding places for fry and feed livebearer food for optimum growth.

You've picked something to do that takes next to NO work!! With that sized tank, get about a dozen females and three or four males, lots of plant cover to float on top and sit back!! They'll take care of the rest!

start with ten because guppies cant only reproduce with one sinle one try putting a dark colored jar and that will help the fish mate privately
