Interesting idea, but since he's a Cimmerian who became the King of Aquilonia, he's not eligible on two counts - nationality (not a native born american) and holding a title in nobility (not permitted for government office holders.) Plus, he's a fictional character from a world theoretically predating the ice age, so he's long dead. Even so, not a bad idea...

Under current United States law, the Governator cannot run for US President because he is a foreign-born US Citizen.

He could always try 2012, if an amendment that allows foreign-born citizens to run is added to the Constitution before then.
