Wine is always seductive. Beer is casual and fun. White wine is more 'entertainer' type. So go with the red. Get something dark and woodsy.

If you are confident and good, you don't need alcohol. Besides, it will make it more difficult for the man to work his magic if he's drinking.
Wear something sexy, and just work your body. Kiss him softly and whisper things to him. Make sure you tell him what a good job he's doing and he'll be inclined to continue...it'll boost his ego too.
