hi
had panic attacks every day for two years. It's horrible. Yeah, doing sports without eating doesn't help. Your blood sugar crashes and you are more prone to stress. Your body can't handle the stress so it goes into panic mode. At least you are ahead of the game because you know it's panic attacks you are having. I didn't know for a long time what was happening to me, which is worse. Once I found out what it was it was easier to deal with it and now it's cured. Anyway, you are right, try to follow a healthier lifestyle. Eat at least an apple or something instead of starving yourself. If you are still having panic just go see a counselor or something. You could be keeping in a lot of stuff psychologically and that is how it is choosing to manifest itself.

I have! I was walking my dog on a leash and a large chow came up and jumped my dog. Then the chow realized that he shouldn't have jumped on a pit bull and could not get away. I could not get my dog t let go and this went on for 45 min. when it was over I could hardly walk home and when I made it my whole body went into spasms, so much so I thought I was having a heart attack! The hospital said it was a panic attack.

I had a new job and was lost on the highway, it feels like you can't breathe, and the world is going to end, and you can't calm down, and your heart beats real fast, it is a bad feeling.

yes. they suck. i felt awful like i was going to die.

i don't know exactly what caused them but i'm not having them anymore so that's good.

(sweating, hyperventilating, tight chest with chest pain, trouble breathing, panicky scary feeling, shaky hands, lightheadedness etc)

i do still have generalized anxiety though & that sucks too.

panic attack is due to sudden fear of any kind. Those who recite His(God) name 24x7 never feel such things.
