How can I print Glossy cardstock Flyers like some stores have?

Some printers and copiers (colour laser) can print to 200 or 250 gsm paper

Above that you need special profrssional (expensive) equipment.

Of to that weight try looking at the HP Colour laserjet series, but CHECK paper weight limits.

Also the gloss finish would rely on good paper stock.

I agree with what "Stu_the_kilted_scot" said. I work in a copy center and you'll probably want at least 80 lb. /118 gsm for those types of flyers. I'd suggest doing all the design work at home first, saving it as a .pdf (embed your fonts or create font outlines first if you're using Adobe InDesign) and then taking it to Kinko's or a professional copy center to do the actual printing. You can't put that type of glossy paper through a regular machine because it will kill your fuser or smear all over the place if you have an inkjet. A professional print shop will also have the right type of ink for your project. It kind of defeats the purpose when you print on glossy paper but then your ink doesn't have a high shine to it.
