i dont think the two have to go together. The other night i was at a World Youth Day introduction night thing and there was a large woman very into the music and she looked very graceful even though she was no fitness finatic or dancer. It comes from within I'd say!
Although, i am a dancer myself and I know that the leaps and jumps in contempory leave me sweating and tired.

Look. Grace takes work. Studying a style of dance or martial art. That'll do it.
I think being graceful comes from having knowledge of your body more completely than others. You just move in a more fluid way.

no, u either have it in u or u dont, u cant fake it.
just like being sexy, wearing less clothes wont make anyone look sexy its a quality that some people have even if they r fully covered, its the same with grace i think.

If it involves effort, you can never be graceful... Your aim should not be looking graceful.....be graceful from inside too...it will be reflected on your face.....
