Have a sleep and set the alarm clock. A powernap can make all the difference but I would have an early night tomorrow night.

I've been sitting her at the computer wondering the same thing. Difference is, I am retired and don't have a schedule to keep. No matter what you do, you're going to feel lousy in the morning. If you do this very often, you might want to ask your doctor what you can do to get some regular sleep. My problem is chronic pain, disability, can't exercise during the day and get weary but not sleepy. It's not funny to not be able to sleep, is it? I hope things get better for you.

I'd say no, you'll feel horrible after only 3 hours of sleep and trying to get moving again. Hopefully you don't have a full day ahead of you so you can at least get 5 1/2 hours later on.

Even an extra hour might help. Without the proper amount of sleep you may cause problems which you do not need. Even a couple cat napes during the day may be of help.

Sorry, but not really. I'd say get a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or caffeinated tea and hope you have a light workload today! Be sure to go to bed early tomorrow, though, or take a nap in the afternoon :)
