Human nature has two principle aspects: the animal, and the rational soul.

The animal seeks its pleasure in the sensual and has no particular concern beyond this instinctual life, while the rational soul however, has only one purpose, to serve its personal merit to others freely, and receive freely for its own life.

Each appears evil to the other, unless the body is wisely regarded as the temple, or throne etc., of the soul, and both the animal is cared for and loved, and the soul especially, is given its increase by loving kindness shared among souls as one.

God bless.

Humans inherit. There is nothing inherent. Nothing intrinsic. Only inheritance is inherent in nature.

They are opposed to biological and evolutionary concepts.

Only laws of nature are inherent.

If you ask, why sun is there, why moon is there, and so on. It is a law in nature. It is a subject of Physics. So are we. A biological subject. Good and Bad belongs to archaic way of thinking, when science has not come this far. I don't know would be a good answer. I am neither good nor bad is another good answer.

I think human nature can be inherently selfish but any living thing has to have a degree or self preservation in order to survive. I'd say that human beings are capable of both good and bad equally depending on their reaction to certain situations and their upbringing.

A quote: 'Nature engenders nature, and nature only, in its reproduction and in its life. The rose brings forth more roses, never anything ‘unnatural’ or ‘unrose-like’. The human being creates humanity, but with this difference: what is human can at the same time be either ‘human’ or ‘inhuman’. The results of human action range from creations which fill our hearts and souls with lasting strength and delight, to crimes whose shame no atonement can wipe off the face of the earth.'

God created spirit-sparks, souls, which are Good, reflecting God.

"Human nature" is a secondary, +/- overlay, which is relatively good and bad.

Each lifestream, or maturing spirit-spark, has made unique patterns per exercising the ability to choose and sow.

So, each of us is like a snowflake, somewhat different.

i think both and neither, because at the core our nature is selfishness. but this doesn't just mean for ourselves as individuals. you can also be selfish by being generous, if you give to those whom you consider "your kind." this could mean being of the same race, gender, creed, family, country, species, planet, etc. it doesn't really matter which. if you feel a kinship in some way with those you are generous to, then you are still being selfish. this even shows to be true in procreation. the "selfish gene theory" explains why we as humans and many other animals not only compete to mate, but keep other would be suitors away even after mating is done. our very existence is based on the selfish nature we all have. all life forms survive because of it. but there is a dark side to this nature, and it comes in the form of carelessness. when one only cares of himself, and his actions are independent of any other's feelings and/or wellbeing. so i suppose we have the tendency to be good or bad, but i think it's the parents who have the responsibility of rearing their children in a caring, positive way, for carelessness is the godmother of the careless.

the two are the comparable. we go with to choose if something is physically powerful or undesirable. If an animal violently hunts down yet another animal they are thinking "yeah, i'm this style of great hunter!" then the have a effective meal which they could proportion with different animals. We may even see homicide as undesirable yet they see it as a great feast...The day could be solid & we would choose the night as undesirable. We get our sleep at night & there are all varieties of great issues that take place as using night....Sunny days are great yet rain is so substantial, and so on. Ooops, I purely observed you requested approximately human nature & is 4am as i'm scripting this & i ought to sleep...ok, human nature is the comparable as I pronounced above if we delve into why all human beings is the way they are we see what we choose as undesirable is relatively solid because of the fact it quite is assisting them get what they want on the time, all of us do the main suitable with what all of us be attentive to how. this is why conflict is mindless. we ought to comprehend others & help them get what they want if no longer we can kill & injury & the symtoms purely keep coming decrease back greater advantageous.

Human nature is inherently such that it is intermittently good and bad, according to whichever suits the self whenever.

Bad. As humans we are selfish we will always firstly look at things which will benefit us personally then if at all other people. We all want to succeed and this drives us to be excessively competitive which in the end does hurt others as we are seeking self gain and will do most anything for recognition!

Human nature is to protect their own lives. So are we inherently good or bad? I would have to say bad becuse if we needed to, we would kill someone that is trying to kill us. We would steal food if we needed to eat really bad. We try to protect our own lives. It's our way of life.
