If any things goes wrong or if i feel something is going against me, I usually try to discuss with one or two colleagues and still if i feel thhat things are not in my way i simply quit, but how correct it is to do so? Please suggest

An ultimate truth is working for someone else WILL suck in some format.

Then again, being married to your own biz can suck.

You have to learn what your temperament allows best.

Keep cool Rekha! That is usually the attitude in other countries.
Be like an Indian. Show the best of what you can.

Remember this is the land of the great Mahatma Gandhi
who taught us to show the other cheek. Truth will take its
own time to emerge.

The Bhagavad Geetha says do your duty and leave the
result to god. Have confidence.

Practice meditation and Yoga. That is what is keeping
me cool and stable. If they try to disturb you with their
mental power, show your spiritual power.

Deal with your attitude issue - that's the problem not the external circumstances.
