Ill try to make it quick. Im 28, moderately overweight, no health issues really. I started my period when I was 13 or so, it was normal up until 15 or so. Than it stopped. Never came back, sure I spotted here and there, but no period. Got pregnant at 18 had a miscarraige and nearly died from blood loss. Fine from that still no period. Fast forward to September or so. Start to seem to be getting more regular spotting or light periods which seem to synch monthly time wise. Fast forward to beginning of this month. Heavy bleeding, walnut sized clots, bad cramps. Think ok, this is just a bad period, it goes away after 5 days or so. Now (abt 2 weeks later) here it is again, bad pain, heavy bright red blood. I am really scared. I have also been feeling dizzy and weak in the past few days. I know for a fact I am not.have not been pregnant (no sex). I know I need a dr. appointment, but I have no insurance, should I go to a clinic (like the kind you pay $80 at to get you ear infection checked ou

EDIT--

if you already read this, read it again as I have added more info ok

You might try the clinic or planned parenthood but I would recommend taking this formula http://www.herbdoc.com/p42.asp

you might also take his female balance formula if applicable..his are the best on the market I feel see why here http://www.herbdoc.com/p8.asp

also you might try a natural progesterone cream sold at health food store. like this one
http://www.raysahelian.com/images/progesterone.jpg

try to find an "ask a nurse" line at a hospital..some cities have them..you might even consider calling one from out of state if you can find one by using free long distance or a calling card..they can usually alert you to problems and what you are facing easing your stress over it and your mind. They used to have a few in my city and they were really helpful..you should probably talk to someone..

search online for your state and some free or sliding fee clinics..sometimes big churches have free medical clinics. I did this for Columbus for a neighbor and it turned up 5 pages of doctors and clinics that were free or low cost..I had no idea we had all that here..do online search for it

Also call some of the big churches..sometimes they had doctors and nurses in their congregation willing to help you from christian compassion who might at least advise you or point you in the right direction. Don't be scared..they are usually pretty nice at churches.

In our city we have a line called first link which has all the community services..like if you need food who to call or legal advise or transportation or a pair of glasses etc and sometimes these group that link people to the right number to get the kind of help they need have a copy of their book of community services at the local library..call them and describe what you are looking for and maybe they can help you.

if you get really scared often ER's write off your bill if they cannot collect (but this may hurt your credit)

Also just to relieve stress (but without medical advice) try calling a crisis line..goggle the words crisis line (and then your state) like goggle crisis lines Ohio

In my honest opinion this is due to not having period. Almost the same thing has happened to me after I had my son. I did not bleed when I had him in April, but August I did and it continued until a couple of weeks into October I went to the doctor and he told me it was because I did have my period before I got pregnant with my son. There were huge amounts of blood clots that were coming out but to be sure there is nothing wrong so to the state health department they are free. I really hope that the dizzy spells go away and you get back to normal.

If youa re getting dizzy, your blood pressure is dropping. I almost bled out after my 2nd kid and needed 2 transfusions. I have trouble clotting. You need to see a dr. whether its at a clinic or the er, especially if the cramping and bleeding is getting worse. You need your hormones checked, so planned parenthood is a good place to go as well. You may be having problems with your ovaries, cervix, etc. that all need to be checked out soon. Big blood clots and dizziness are not to be ignored sweetie.
I wish you luck, but definitely get in to see SOMEONE asap. Probably Planned Parenthood first since they can do an OB type exam on you.

Yikes. You should see a doctor, especially if you are feeling dizzy and you said you almost died from blood loss during your miscarriage and you are bleeding heavy now. Yes, call planned parent hood first thing this morning or if you really feel like you are in danger, please go to the emergency room. You may have the burden of a bill, but at least you wont die. Good luck.

it sounds like you either have Polycystic Ovarian Syndome or Endometriosis. I'd definitely get myself to a doctor (ER, Planned Parenthood, walk-in clinic..whichever) as soon as possible if I were you. BOTH of these problems ARE manageable/treatable, but you should get things "nipped in the bud" before they have a chance to get out of hand. I could be wrong...it may be neither of these things, or "nothing" at all (maybe a little hormone imbalance)..but its better to be safe than sorry. It'll be money well spent for piece of mind.

Good luck!

if ur really worried abt it...go to state health department...u pay for ur appointment by determining how much u earn in a yr, i said I earned 3,000 and well everything was done by how much ever I wanted to donate...so for a pap and 6mnth supply of birth control pills I gave em 20 bucks....so go the state health department where no insurance is welcomed

You need to go to a doctor and get your hormone levels checked. This sort of history doesn't sound like its something to be ignored. If you may want children in the future, this could cause infertility.
