Well for me it would be the size of my penis. I'll let you decide as to whether I mean for it to be shorter or longer.

I don't like how I have fat around the inner side of my knees. Other than that, I'm slowly getting to like (or not mind so much) everything else. I mean of course there are lots of things that I would like to ideally change, but I don't have a problem with them. Wait, no, I wish my fingers were slimmer (I wear a size 8 ring). That's it.
Funny enough, the only thing that I would never exchange if I could would be my mind. Of course, I would love to be even more intelligent and not to have any learning disorders, but I like how I see the world, so I'll hold onto it for now :]

I don't have (or care to have) a perfect body. The one thing I would change is the condition of my spine. I have a spinal cord injury and neurological damage. I've had two surgeries and will have two more in January. I can no longer walk and I miss that so badly. If I had a good back, I wouldn't ask for any other changes because they wouldn't matter.

Just one! Hmmm. That's tough. I guess I'd give myself perfect vision. Mine is really bad and I'm so sick of glasses. I should have said perfect knees because both of mine need to be replaced and I could do more physically if I had new knees. But, the truth is I'd rather be using my eyes than my knees. So the eyes have it!!!
Its funny how different we are, I'm 5' 6 and I'd never thought of changing my height. Its all what matters to us I guess!.

I'd love to have better abs. I do crunches pretty religiously, and I don't feel like I'm getting the tone to pay off for the work.
If it was something that couldn't be changed with exercise...I wish I had that gorgeous hollywood skin all women seem to have in California.

I'm 5' 8'' and 117-119 lbs. I'm happy for the most part but I would change where I gain weight. When I gain weight, it goes straight to my middle. I would rather it go to my as-s.
