ok, i head that Kingdom Hearts 3 is coming out for the PS3 and the X-BOX 360. is that true.?

Right now not a lot of things are certian about Kingdom Hearts 3...

Kingdom Hearts 3 will be about Sora, Riku, and Kairi on Destiny Islands when they recieved the message from King Mickey. It will probably be on Playstation 3 but for the xbox 360 is very unlikely, and it probably won't be released for another 2,3 maybe even 4 years.

ALSO:
-Kingdom Hearts:Birth By Sleep for PSP which is about the characters from the Kingdom Hearts 2 secret ending and Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ (Ven, Aqua, Terra, Master Xehanort, etc...) The gameplay with be like CoM with the deck system but instead of cards it will be commands. Being released last out of the three games.
-Kingdom Hearts:358/2 Days for DS which is about Organization 13 when Roxas joins. All members of the organization are playable, there is also a 14th member who is female, and IS NOT NAMINE. This game takes place from Roxas’ birth, (in KH1), his time in the Organisation, the events of CoM, and when he leaves to find more about himself and his true self, and then when he gets taken to Twilight Town. Being released first out of the three games
-Kingdom Hearts:Coded for mobile phones which is about a mysterious message that appears in Jiminy's Journal which he does not recall, he goes to King Mickey but only replies with "Only he is the one who can solve it.” A different gameplay which is a puzzle and action/RPG. Being released 2nd out of the three games.

Also, we are not positive on when they are coming out, probably in the next year or so, sometime after they finish Final Fantasy 13, and verses 13, Normua said he was going to center his work around the Kingdom Hearts series. These three new KH games coming out happened either during or before Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, they are not a continuation of KH2. They are also known as side games.

NO, Kindgom Hearts is produced/developed by Sony and it's a Sony exclusive. The Xbox 360 isn't really a console for RPG's like Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy anyways.

Nobody knows, but I'm guessing when it does come out it will be for PS3 for two reasons. 1) The few games Square/Enix have put on X360 have sold horribly so far. 2) X360 is losing the marketshare in Japan and Europe to PS3 where these types of games tend to be more popular.
A good indicator will be how well Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus sell on PS3, but those don't come out till later in 2008.

Do tell, from whom do you obtain your information? I would consider being wary of that source from now on in regards to such issues because that has most definitely not been announced. I update myself on Kingdom Hearts news every day, and that announcement has most definitely not been made. There are three new KH games for the PSP, DS, and cell phone respectively, but there has been no mention of a console sequel as of yet.
