can i use my tube ticket to travel from london liverpool to heatrow?

....if my journey starts on the 20th at 23:00 and ends on the 21 ...

Go from Liverpool Street to Holborn and change to the Piccadilly line
Last train to Terminal 4 leaves Holborn at 23:04 so you won't catch that. There are trains to T1,2,3 until 00:28 from Holborn.

I guess you mean london liverpool street and if you are referring to a one day travel card (£5.70) then no you cannot use it on the Heathrow Express trains, you have to buy a separate ticket for the journey
