He was born 6 lbs 11 oz and weighed 11lbs 13 oz at his two month checkup. He is a breastfed baby. They tend to gain quickly, then level out. He was in the 50th percentile. He had an appointment at 7wks and was 10 lbs 6.5 oz. http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/about/major/nhanes/growthcharts/charts.htm As long as your baby is gaining, I would't worry.

my daughter weighed 12 pounds..
she was 8 pounds 12 oz when she was born 21 1/2 inches long
my daughter is now 12 months and weighes 26 pounds.
then again my husband is 6'6!

Mine probably weighed around 10lbs. I took him to the doctor Tuesday ( he's 10mos old today ) and he weighed 19lbs 8oz, which is only in the 25th percentile. He doesn't look like he'd be a skinny lil guy though but I guess he is.

He weighed about 9 lbs. -----yesterday was his 2 mth checkup and he weighed 10 pounds and 4 ounces and was 22 1/2 inches long. --

mine was 7lb 9 oz when born and doubled to 14bl 9oz by 2 mo he was a budda baby:) in size5 diapers by 6 mo but hes normal size now at 4
