Buy a kit. I like Sonia Kashuk (it comes with glue and everything). You'll need some tweezers, an eyelash curler and mascara also.
1. First, curl your lashes and coat your eyelashes with mascara.
2. Take out the fake lashes with some tweezers. At the base of the false lashes put some glue (it helps if you put some glue aside and dip the false lashes into the glue). Give the glue a few seconds to become tacky and sticky.
3. Place the false lashes on the base of your real lashes.
4. Apply a final coat of mascara over your real and false lashes. If you like, use some liquid eyeliner (which also helps hide any visible glue).

Try looking on youtube for someone doing it. It is lot easier to figure out by watching a few people explain it in the videos they make and they usually tell you what products work well for them like 'DUO surgical glue' etc.

I've found that the easiest way is by using a false eyelash application tool. You can see an example of one, along with instructions, below:

try looking on video jug.
they have loads of great videos on how to put on fake eyelashes and have useful tips, like putting the glue on the back of your hand then running the eyelashed through it.
