I'll start with my favorites though it's hard to select a few from so many wonderful performances. I like his comedies the best:
Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House
Charade
Father Goose
Arsenic & Old Lace
Houseboat
North by Northwest
Suspicion
Gunga Din
Monkey Business (1952)
The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer

Here are others I've seen:
Walk Don't Run (1966)
That Touch of Mink (1962)
The Grass Is Greener (1960)
Operation Petticoat (1959)
Indiscreet (1958)
Kiss Them for Me (1957)
The Pride and the Passion (1957)
An Affair to Remember (1957)
To Catch a Thief (1955)
Dream Wife (1953)
Room for One More aka The Easy Way (1952)
I Was a Male War Bride (1949)
The Bishop's Wife (1947)
Notorious (1946)
Night and Day (1946)
None But the Lonely Heart (1944)
Destination Tokyo (1943)
Mr. Lucky (1943)
The Talk of the Town (1942)
Penny Serenade (1941)
The Philadelphia Story (1940)
My Favorite Wife (1940)
His Girl Friday (1940)
Only Angels Have Wings (1939)
Holiday (1938)
Bringing Up Baby (1938)
The Awful Truth (1937)
The Toast of New York (1937)
Topper (1937)
Suzy (1936)
Sylvia Scarlett (1935)
The Last Outpost (1935)
Alice in Wonderland (1933)
I'm No Angel (1933)
She Done Him Wrong (1933)
Madame Butterfly (1932)
Blonde Venus (1932)
Merrily We Go to Hell (1932)

Many of his early films are hard to find. I keep hoping more of them will show up on TCM or another channel. Some I've seen only once, but I hope that I'll have the opportunity to view them again. Others, I've seen dozens of times. I've lost count of "Charade", "Father Goose" and "Mr. Blandings..." since they're on my all time-favorites list.

Penny Serenade ( a good one that is underrated)
An Affair to Remember
Arsenic and Old Lace
Father Goose
The Philadelphia Story
Bringing Up Baby
Walk Don't Run
I know I have seen a few more, but those are all that come to mind.

I've always liked that movie. It's very funny, has some decent drama and action to it, and Cary Grany is hysterical. His interaction with the kids keeps the movie going.

I can look at Mystmoons list and say I have seen most all of them. She saved me a Google search. Off the top of my head I could not remember them.
I will say my favorite is "North by Northwest". Gotta love Hitchcock.
