My guess is she is coming back because she heard about Jack resigning from the senate, and about Gloria's accusation that Jack pressured John into changing the will.
If memory serves me correctly, Ashley knows that Jack did pressure his father in to it.

It is no rumor. It is true. Eileen Davidson is bringing her B&B's character back home to Y and R on DEC. 28th, and Jan. 2 and 3rd, when Ashly visits her down - on - his - luck brother jack.

Like everyone else said she is coming for a visit but I agree (I forgot who wrote it) that with Victor and Nikki sererating she will have a small storyline and Brad being upset... who knows it seems like a dead end for her on B&B.
I seem to remember she does know about the will, she was mad but understood.
I truly think I will go nuts is Gloria gets any money let alone the Abbot masion. She so does not deserve it. If they upheld the Will with him being of unsound mind wont they uphold the letter as being the same? He doesnt say he wants it to be the old will. Just that he was confussed we he wrote it. That Jack helped him. Not that he didnt agree with Jacks help

Yes, she does know about it and that was one of the reasons that she decided to work over-seas so she wouldn't be in the middle of it all. The spoilers say she's making a BRIEF visit for the holidays. I hope that she can help Jack get thru this difficult time. Tho, he is the one that dug his hole!!!!

Probably from time to time they with stick her here and there to keep the connection with jack and the family going just in case they need her back for good someday down the road

She is coming back but it's only for 3 days and I think it's just for a visit for the holidays but it may also be to support him.
