Enough oxygen gets through. Don't worry. If breathing from the mouth caused miscarriages/stillbirths I don't think they're be a population. LOL.

If it's a safe way to breathe for you...it's a safe way to breathe for your child. And that doesn't just apply to breathing but just about everything from drinking to eating. I would take some time to start reading about pregnancy though...it sounds to me like you really need some direction in your pregnancy. Try getting into a pregnancy website that will give you weekly overviews of what to expect and different topics on pregnancy. I found that the
www.pregnancyweekly.com site was pretty helpful and had a lot of other mothers that were willing to share ideas with me.

It's OK. You will not harm your baby. Whether you breathe through your nose or through your mouth all the air goes into the lungs where the oxygen does its job.

I can't believe someone said breathing into your vagina during oral sex could harm a fetus. Thats absurd! The baby is surrounded by the amniotic sac, which is in the uterus, which is protected by the tightly shut cervix. How on earth breathing into the vagina is going to get the the baby I have no idea...!
As long as you are breathing enough oxygen to survive, stuffy nose or not, your baby will be totally fine. If you do have a cold, try the old remedy of filling a bowl of hot steaming water with a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil in it. The place your face over the steaming water with a towel drapped over your head. Breathing in the steam and oil vapours can help clear your nasal passages making it easier to breathe and sleep.
Good luck

When It's Not Safe
There are two types of sexual behavior that aren't safe for any pregnant woman:
If you engage in oral sex, your partner should not blow air into your vagina. Blowing air can cause an air embolism (a blockage of a blood vessel by an air bubble), which can be potentially fatal for mother and child.
DO SOME RESEARCH PEOPLE!!!

Actually, someone blowing air into your vagina could kill you and your baby by causing an air embolism.
Look it up, yo!
Don;t just tell someone that something isn't dangerous without even looking it up. That IS Absurd!!!

If you engage in oral sex, your partner should not blow air into your vagina. Blowing air can cause an air embolism (a blockage of a blood vessel by an air bubble), which can be potentially fatal for mother and child.
You should not have sex with a partner whose sexual history is unknown to you or who may have a sexually transmitted disease, such as herpes, genital warts, chlamydia, or HIV. If you become infected, the disease may be transmitted to your baby, with potentially dangerous consequences.
Is it okay to have sex?
Yes, unless your doctor believes you're at risk for problems. Don't be surprised if you're less--or more--interested in sex. As you get larger, you may find you need to try different positions, such as lying on your side or being on top. If you have oral sex, tell your partner not to blow air into your vagina. This could force air inside you, which could cause an air embolism. Air embolisms can cause permanent brain damage and even death to a pregnant woman and her baby.

As long as YOU are getting enough oxygen, the baby is fine. Breathing through your mouth is FINE.
And blowing into your vagina CAN'T hurt the baby. The baby is in a sac, surrounded by amniotic fluid.
