A blood test will show if you are pregnant or not 7 days following conception so no that is not too early.

No, you can generally get a blood test then since the level of HCG has had some time to actually get into your system. They can generally catch it with a blood test about 7 to 12 days after conception. But it is possible that these tests can be done too early and show a false negative result.

The reason why it is possible to get a negative result even from a blood test is because the levels of hormones may vary widely woman to woman.
3 weeks LMP: 5 - 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP: 5 - 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
And an hCG level of less than 5mIU/ml is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25mIU/ml is considered positive for pregnancy.
So this is why waiting is a good reason for waiting but if you don't mind taking more then one test...be my guest.

3 weeks after you concieved would make you around 5 weeks now, Wait till you have missed your period then try a Urine test, They are usually very accurate, If ur impatient, u can go for a blood test, My blood test was Positive at 4 weeks, Though, so was my urine.

Blood tests for pregnancy are accurate no matter how early you get one.

No, you should be able to detect it after 2 weeks. It probably wont have as high levels as if you were ferther along, but it should confirm the pregnancy.
