y = (x² - 5x + 25/4) - 25/4 + 3
y = (x - 5/2)² - 25/4 + 12/4
y = (x - 5/2)² - 13/4

Axis of symmetry is x = 5/2

Axis of symetry has a formula x = - b/2a

y=x^2-5x+3

b = -5
a = 1

Axis of symetry x = --5/2= 2.5
x = 2.5
