No, if you are using someone else's social security number, then you are committing identity theft and can go to jail for a long time...

SSN stands for social security number. If you are not a native born citizen you have to get a green card or become a naturalized citizen. The social security office can help you with that. You don't just become a citizen you have to go thru a process

Depends how you entered the country, and how you got the number.

If you entered the country illegally, and the INS has never formally changed your status then you are STILL illegal, SSN or not.

If you got the SSN by lying on an application about your immigration status, or if you're using someone else's, then that's a crime too, and you will go to jail before you get deported.

No, the only way you are a LEGAL and I repeat LEGAL citizen is if you are naturalized and have gone through the process. If you have a social security number and have not gone through the proper channels to obtain citizenship it is someone else's number or a fake and you are not a citizen.

in case you are able to produce a delivery certificates and a image identity pass to the Social risk-free practices administration place of work on your county and practice it takes approximately 10 weeks to get a clean card. they could or could no longer inform you the extensive form once you practice. That relies upon on the clerk's temper.

I don't think so! If you've been here that long, you can apply for citizenship, but you need to consult an attorney.

dunno what a 'socail social number is'.
A ssn does not make you automatically legal, but it does allow you to work legally in the us.
