It's not against the law to post pictures of miners, but you might get fined if you post pictures of farmers.

Most coal miners live on their own and don't need parental consent for anything.

It is not illegal to post non-sexual photos of your friends with their permission.

Neither is illegal; the coal type or the underage type. No one owns their image. I can put your picture up on the internet without your consent, as long as I own the film/media on which it is stored (and I don't defame or slander you).

Most miners are big ugly brutes with tattoos and scars. Why would you need to ask their parents anything?
