did you mean (sqrtx - 3/y)^20?

This expansion has the general term 20Cr (x^1/2)^r(-3/y)^(20 -r)

Looking at the factor x we see

x^(r/2) = x^5 for r =10, which is the eleventh term

20C10 x^5(-3/y)^10

Two things you might want to revise:

1) There is no x in your formula, so it's not possible to have an x^5 term.
2) Your square root (sqrt) has no argument associated with it.
