I always wanted to get one.. well I live in mexico.. if you could send me one.. thanks..but anyway I would like to know if people from that city in morrocco still use the hat?

Yes they still do! But not everyday..only special occasions. Or in tourist places where people are hired to dress up like that =] It's the red hat that sometimes has that dangly thing, like a tassel, right? Try buying one online, there should be a lot of them on the internet.

When I was in Morocco a few of the men who were in traditional dress wore the fez but it's probs more a Turkish thing but that was just a guess as I've never been to Turkey! n my brother has a fez

You can find some people scattered throughout Morocco that still wear it. Mostly you will see it if you go see a show where they are playing Andalusian music or something "classical" or traditional like that.

You asked about sending you one before. You can buy one online. Maybe I'll have my family send me one next time they send anything. LOL that way I will have it next time you ask..... ;)

Sure you can find them in Fes but people do not wear them all the time..
It is part of the traditional dress.

Sure they still wear them. Usually not daily. For sure some will be out tomorrow when the men dress up for eid :)
