If your body odor is "extreme," you probably need to see your doctor! =(

It is normal to have body odor when you do not shower, or sometimes during puberty, young girls under arm odor, is harder to control due to an over abundance of hormones. Other than this, there is no reason your body should have extreme body odor, so you should see a doctor!

Take a shower. But then I've never gotten the impression I have offensive body odor.

If you have severe b.o., there are pills for that. If it's just in certain areas, concentrate on that. When do you take your shower/bath? You might be one who needs to take one in the morning before leaving out and then again after you get home. I went through that during late teens. If it's your underarms, try new antiperspirant. I LOVE regular Secret. My mom used to make me use Tussy and I THOUGHT I had b.o. problems, until I got old enough to try Secret. Tussy's enough for my mom, but not for me. It depends on your body chemistry.
If it's ... umm ... elsewhere, keep a spray water bottle, and spray water on yourself and dry well throughout the day after using the bathroom.
If it's your feet, wash, dry, and change your socks throughout the day.
Hope I covered all the bases!

Take the neccesary steps to prevent it.
That means avoid eating cirtain foods that cause the stink in your sweat.
It means shaving your armpits cos the hair in them contributes to this
Using anti-perspirant like Gillette which actually absorps any perspiration rather than trying to mask it.
You might want to ask your doc about other things but these are some ideas i heard from somewhere and that i tried myself.

If you're talking about a some one like a co-worker, well, I usually strap one of those car air fresheners to my nose (you know the ones thta look like a pine tree).
If you want to know how to control yours....well, hygene is best taught by the parents.
