No there is not, unfortunately! I have a 2002 M3 and it's nowhere to be found.

I don't believe this feature TRULY got added until 2006 at the earliest. I could be off by a year or so, but if you think back to when MP3's TRULY became HUGE and think about when iPOD really became universal it was not until around 2005 or 06, hence car mfg's reaction to the market.

No, but your're not complete out of luck.

Circuit City is clearing out the USA Spec DF-BMW auxilary interface for $9.98!! I saw this is Houston TX. I'm sure the clearance is national even though the prices may not be the same.

This plugs into your factory CD changer wiring to allow you to have TWO auxilary input channels. I use one for my XM radio, the other for my mp3 player. Tiy can even switch between the 2 channels using your steering wheel buttons. But in order for this to work, your car must not already have a CD changer installed; otherwise, you'll need to disconnect it.

Go grab one (or two) quick!!
