a fire, and cuddle up with a good book. forget the rain, jump into another realm. Remember nothing in our lives is permanent. EVERYTHING has a beginning and an end! The rain will eventually go a way and be replaced by a rainbow!

Bongwater....lots of it!
Or you can mix the water with some molasses and jeggery, add some yeast, let it ferment a while, then distill it for some fantastic monkey rum!
Or you can get out the slip and slide, add some detergent to it, get nekkid and do a little slipping with your favorite other!!!!!!!!!!!
Life is too short to do otherwise!

Been there and done that. I made a beeline to a bookstore and began educating myself and finding out what I was doing to contribute to my own troubles. Once you realize that your own thinking contributes, you become empowered and able to make better choices for yourself.
