So here's my logic. Hypothetically, he goes through some teen angst. Now rather than deal with it or "get help" he kills himself and 2 million Jews get to live. Doesn't it sound like he wouldn't have gone to Hell, like all the Christians say, if he had just cut his life short?

Same thing with Dahmer. I mean, the guy was pretty damaged. And he knew he was.

I will not address the Dahmer part of the question, but I will make my case for the Hitler argument. As bad as this may sound, Hitler was an important, and therefore necessary part of the history of the world. I don't mean this in the "everybody impacts the world" type way, but more to the "this man changed the world" idea. Now, I do not defend his war crimes or his beliefs, but what he caused was incredible.

First, the Germans rose from their own ashes and began a tremendous amount of research. They came up with revolutionary ideas and prototypes of rockets and jets which led to the things we have today (as America raided caches of military and private-sector research). The origin of the rocket/space age is rooted in the research of Nazi Germany.

The military technology developed (artillery, tanks, rocketry again) both by the Nazis and to counter the Nazis forever changed the world. The Germans brought Japan up into the technological light and restructured their ways. They are now a major player in the world economy. The warships, tanks, guns, chemical weapons (bad though they are), and the A-bomb were developed as counters to the Axis Powers. The A-bomb itself led to nuclear power (count that one how you will as far as good or bad).

Though I will never agree with the Holocaust in reason or in reality, much of the medical experimentation led to a greater understanding of the human body. And though the method was absolutely despicable, the information could be gained in no other way and it stopped America from having to find it out the hard way. AGAIN I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AS BEING AN ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF ACQUIRING INFO, the Jews have had it hard from the beginning, and these acts are deplorable done to any person, regardless of race.

Finally, the rise of Hitler united the superpowers of its day solidifying them in arms to one another. The production of materials for the war gave a boom to economies worldwide. America entered into a golden age, basically, and the post-war world followed suit to a degree. The rise of Hitler led to a war that built the platform for many new technologies that are used all day everyday in today's world. While what he did in all ways was wrong and horrible, the measures the world took to counter him and his technology led to this age we are in now.

And even this leaves out the baby-boom that followed the war, the veritable endless supply of money, time, food, resources and easy-living found in America, and the expansion of many nations that received technological and economical business from the superpowers.

Killing 2 million or more Jews is not acceptable as a trade for this boom, no price can be put on life, but the world that was after that was one of bountiful expansion. Not to mention that the Jews got Israel with American backing afterward, most likely as some sort of consolation for the massive loss of life. And while this is still inadequate, at least they got some of their homeland back as reparations.

Isn't suicide considered a sin though? So either way Hitler wouldve gone to Hell. It's also possible that if Hitler HAD gone through your hypothetical situation and killed himself that someone else would've done the same to the Jews.

No cause someone else would of taken his place. There is always someone around to do something like he did. What needs to be done is the world needs to learn from these people and stop them before they get the chance to do what they did.

There is not way of knowing. He certainly did terrible things, but maybe somebody even worse could come to power.
