I am going to get married in a temple next week.

1. My question is that the witness required at the time of marriage registration have to be necessarily same who will attend my marriage in temple or Not?

I do not have much time so i want regstration to get done on the next day of marriage
My problem is that my friends who will be witness in marriage can not be present during registration as they have got some urgent work.

2. Is this must that the registration can only be done in my or my fiancee's district? We will get married in delhi. But actually we both do not belong to delhi. Also its not possible to change the schedule as i will be in india onyy for a week. I am in US right now.

For getting married in Delhi & registering such marriage you require one witness who should be a gazetted officer, this can be arranged on payment. You require address proof in the form of ration card that can also be arranged on payment. Considering all these don't expect that such marriage & its registration will be done in only few thousands (Rs3000/-) as told to you by some one in you last question. If you are bothered about money for all this then better get this marriage preformed & registered in U.P. itself.

Well, JW's marriages are more successful because no matter what, they are willing to make their marriage last. They actually take their vows seriously and only divorce due to adultery. By living by the Bible, everything seems to be balanced and in harmony. Both spouses respect each other and try to resolve any problems they may have. Though we're all imperfect, sometimes spouses will experience trials. The main thing is putting Jehovah God first in your marriage no matter what. It's always best to have the threefold cord... Ecclesiastes 4: 12 And if somebody could overpower one alone, two together could make a stand against him. And a threefold cord cannot quickly be torn in two.

Hey friend there is no rules that the same person who has visited the marriage has to come for a eye witness. Go to temple get married happily and take some snapshots and videos. Later go to registration office with some friends and if possible get a lawyer with you. Also get age proofs, ration card, address proof and other details.

BY THE BY MY "ADVANCE MARRIAGE WISHES"....! May your new life be happy and sweet.
