Hispanic Barrio.
Say what you will about hispanics, but their culture is generally very family oriented and friendly.
I grew up in El Paso TX and through my church worked in many poor areas in El Paso and Juarez Mexico, and found them to be not only gracious, but down right neighborly. Truely a "Mi Casa es Su Casa" culture, which regardless how poor, they would offer what they had to even me, a white kid from the West Side.

Maybe if you added white "trailer park" people wouldnt be so offended. I'll take my neighborhood, its a little of all of them. Very diverse!
